A full interior fitout delivering a flexible, premium workspace designed to support modern teams. The project focused on balancing private office environments with shared spaces that encourage connection and collaboration.
Approach
From the outset, our approach was collaborative. Early contractor involvement meant we were working alongside the Qb team from the start, building a thorough understanding of how individuals, small businesses and hybrid teams would use the space. The goal was an environment that felt elevated and welcoming, closer to a hospitality experience than a traditional office. Quiet booths and Zoom rooms provide privacy for focused work and calls, while the lounges, bookable meeting rooms and onsite artisan café bring the space to life for connection and daily flexibility.
Outcome
The result is a refined, flexible workspace that supports how modern teams operate. Delivered to a high standard, the project reflects a balance of functionality, detail and overall user experience.
